| IS DUAL POLARITY VALID? | Single We do not switch the polarity. see why? | Dual Polarity Dual polarity is a marketing gimmick & does not exist. Electrolysis is a direct current (DC) moving from a negative polarity to a positive. You can NOT have a direct current move from a Positive to a Negative current. The direct current (electrons) bombards the H2O water molecule breaking them in to OH- and H+ period. The PH of the water cannot be altered unless you are physically extracting the OH- or the H+ ions from the water which NO ionic footbath is doing. Your body naturally absorbs the OH- which are the negative oxygen ions oxygenating your cells. All the AMD unit does is switch which plates receive the negative current and the positive current (back & forth). This is not a good idea as the toxins get plated on the positive plates & when the current is switched, then all that gunk goes back in to the water from the positive plates since the negative polarity breaks down the plates. | PROTECTION MECHANISM | SAFE CONSTRUCTION Our Optimum Detox Footbath units have built in safety protections through 3 levels A fallback circuit that turns itself off if it detects too much current; An external fuse that shuts down the machine if the fuse blows; An internal fuse that offers overall protection for the entire unit. We have a grounded chassis for all internal assemblies to stop any voltage potential (no need for a GFI certification). Others have such things as GFI connectors and they are not even hooked up inside the unit. Others do not have protection where if their water element/array is taken out of the water, their unit blows a fuse or the machine turns off. Our Optimum Detox Footbath units know if the water array is taken out of the water and shuts off the Current. No other device does this! | The AMD units have no foldback protection. | CONDUCTIVE TUB | YES OPTIMUM Copper Benefits & Info: As the current moves away from the array, the current is amplified with a copper tub however with a plastic tub it dissipates. the copper acts as an additional conductor thereby making the treatment all that more powerful. More life out of the OPTIMUM array plates because the amperage is boosted from conductivity of the copper and less current is ran from the plates to achieve the same amperage. Copper resonates a certain healing frequency. People wear copper on their body for healing. The tub is handmade and 100% copper with no beryllium.
