I thank God for leading me somehow to Diane Brown and her Optimum ionic detox footbath. Since I have been doing this process, the constant ache in my broken ankle area is gone!
Also, I feel much more energetic during the day in general. I used to feel like taking a nap in the afternoon because I got so tired. Now that urge is completely gone!
Anyone who has aches and pain or just feeling tired out, I advise you to give this process a try.
I feel like somebody turned the clock back for me.
