Apologies if this is longwinded. I have been suffering from psoriasis for years, and nothing seemed to help. I’ve tried creams, pills, injections, and even light therapy, and radical diet change but nothing worked. My skin was always dry, itchy, and flaky and was unpleasant to look at.
